| 在快速发展与文化沉淀共同作用的时代背景之下，城市不断地寻求着两者和谐共存发展的有效手段。城市特色街区作为城市文化延续的重要空间载体，已经成为城市空间营建过程中极为重要的一部分。经过多项现状问题的剖析，城市特色街区的设计重点将转变为空间更新，以更好地适应城市变化的节奏。基于城市特色街区未来趋势的展望，提出城市特色街区空间更新的四大基本要素：复合的功能业态规划、通畅的道路交通系统、统一协调的建设风貌、适宜的景观系统和尺度控制，以此作为理论支撑，并辅以芜湖环镜湖特色街区更新设计为例展开深入分析，提出众多城市特色街区更新普遍存在的若干问题，落实特色街区更新策略的可行性与可操作性。 |

| In the context of rapid development and culture precipitation, cities are continually seeking effective measures to keep them stable and compatible. As the important spatial carrier of urban culture extension, urban characteristic block has become a significant part of urban space construction. Through the analysis of several aspects of current situation, the focus of design will be transformed into space update in order to adapt to rapid-changing city. Based on prospects for the trend of urban characteristic block, the research expounds four basic components of space update for urban characteristic block: complex functional format planning，smooth traffic system, coordinated building style,suitable landscape system and scale control. On this basis, the update of Jing Lake characteristic block in Wuhu will be chosen as an example and conducted in-depth analysis and evaluation. Lastly, the research will propose some problems existing in characteristic block and the feasibility and operability of implement of renewal strategies for characteristic block. |
