      构建城市生态安全格局对城市生态环境保护、建设用地开发管理具有重要指导意义。本研究选择地质灾害、农田保护、水资源安全、生物保护4类要素作为生态保护的“源”,运用最小累积阻力模型,获得安庆市规划区不安全区、较不安全区、临界安全区及安全区4个级别的综合生态安全格局。在此基础上,结合城市空间发展动力因子,进行可建设用地经济敏感性评价,最终确定安庆市规划区禁止建设区、严格限建区、限制建设区、有条件建设区和优先建设区及其空间分布情况,基于分区结果叠加城镇已建区,对研究区禁建边界、挖潜边界、扩展边界、整理边界及限制边界等进行界定并提出相应管控策略,从而为安庆市建设用地合理布局与区别化管理提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Constructing urban ecological security pattern is of great guiding significance to urban ecological environmental protection and the development and management of the construction land. The research chooses geological disaster, farmland protection, the security of water resource, and biological conservation as the “sources” of ecological protection and applies minimum cumulative resistance model to obtain four levels of comprehensive ecological security pattern in Anqing City planning, respectively, unsafe area, relatively unsafe area, critical safe area and safe area. Finally, it is suggested that Anqing City Planning is divided into non-construction area, restricted construction area, conditional construction area and priority construction area. Based on the results of area division and the overlaying of the existing areas, this article defines the concepts of non-construction boundary, digging boundary, extending boundary, clearing boundary and restricted boundary in the research area and puts forward the corresponding control strategies, which can provide the basis for the rational distribution of construction land and differentiated management in Anqing City.
