能量因素作为机电产品能耗属性与设计信息的联系纽带,与能耗关联的各种控制要素存在耦合关系,难以直接量化表达,针对这个问题,建立了能量因素识别与提取方法。该方法主要是应用模糊数学的隶属度函数进行可控性和能耗影响强弱程度分析,从而提取出机电产品的强可控能量因素集,应用于产品使用过程的能耗控制与优化。最后,以汽车传动系统关键部件的能量因素提取为例,对提取方法进行了说明。 |

The energy aspect is the link between energy-consuming character and design information of mechatronic products. However, it is difficult to be expressed quantitatively, because of the coupling relationship between energy aspect and various control factors of energy consumption. To solve this problem, identification and extraction method of energy aspect was built. Identification and extraction method was mainly applied to the membership function of fuzzy mathematics and the analysis of the influence of energy consumption. Then the strong controllable energy aspect set of mechatronic product was extracted, which was applied to energy consumption control and optimization in the process of product application. Finally, the extraction method was illustrated by taking the energy factor of the key components of the automobile transmission system as an example. |
