从经济发展、社会进步、资源节约、污染控制、生态环境、生态文化6个方面构建了19项二级指标,基于层次分析-熵值耦合模型进行区域生态文明建设水平测度。分析了六安市 2008-2012年生态文明建设水平,结果表明:六安市生态文明建设水平测度值为0.06063、0.08432、0.09448、0.10378、0.12890,说明六安市生态文明建设水平处于逐渐改善发展的状态,制约其发展程度的主要因素为经济发展、污染控制和社会进步等,现阶段应进一步优化产业结构,加强污染监控强度、加大教育文化投入力度。 |

Based on AHP - Entropy Coupled Model of regional ecological civilization construction level measure, this paper establishes19 secondary indicators from six aspects including economic development, social progress, resource conservation, pollution control, ecological environment and ecological and cultural aspects , taking Lu'an City as an example. Lu'an 2008-2012 Construction level of ecological civilization has been analyzed . The results showed that: Lu'an ecological civilization construction levelss were 0.06063,0.08432,0.09448,0.10378,0.12890 which indicated that Lu'an ecological civilizationwas in gradual improvement.The main factors restricting the level are economic development , social progress and pollution control. At this stage, we should further optimize the industrial structure, strengthen pollution monitoring intensity, and increase educational and cultural investment. |
