      本文针对某带有高位转换的框支剪力墙高层建筑实际工程,建立SATWE和Midas Building两种不同的力学模型对结构进行整体分析对比计算,通过Midas Building补充罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性分析研究结构抗震性能,并据此提出框支剪力墙结构满足规范和抗震性能目标的解决措施,保证结构安全可靠,可供今后此类结构的抗震设计时参考。

      Based on a project of a high-rise building of frame-supported shear wall structure with high transfer floor, two different mechanical models are established by SATWE and Midas Building to analyses the overall structure to ensure safety and conform to relevant regulations. The seismic performance of the structure under rare earthquake is obtained by conducting nonlinear static analysis to the structure under rare earthquake by Midas Building, then some
