| 近年来，面对能源危机的不断加剧以及环境状况的不断恶化，低碳经济、低碳生活的理念应时而生。在建筑领域内，低碳建筑将成为未来的发展方向，但是发展却较为缓慢。本文在论证了发展低碳建筑的必要性的基础上综合分析了低碳建筑发展的障碍因素，最后对建筑物在生命周期的不同阶段实现低碳化，提出了一些建议。 |

| In recent years, faced with deteriorating environmental conditions and the growing energy crisis, the concept of low carbon economy, low carbon life arises at the historic moment. In the construction field, the development of low carbon buildings will be the trend of the times, but the low carbon building development is relatively slow. In the paper, we demonstrate the necessity of the development of low carbon buildings at first and then analyzed comprehensively the obstacle factors for the development of low carbon buildings. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to realize low carbon according to the characteristic of different stage of life cycle of buildings. |
