| 农民住宅建设虽是新农村建设的重点,但与城市相比,在我国广大的农村地区住宅设计相对滞后,其中很重要的原因就是未能考虑到各地不同的地域文化、民俗习惯和生产方式。本文源于对皖西金寨县大量农宅的居住实态调查总结以及当地地域文脉研究,并结合影响现代住宅设计原理为皖西农民住宅的优化设计提出意见。 |

| Although rural housing design is an important part of the new rural construction, the residential design of the vast rural areas in China is relatively lagging behind compared with that of the city. The main reason is that people fail to take into account the regional culture, folk customs and production mode of different areas. Based on the investigation of massive quantities of farm houses in Jinzhai County of West Anhui, the true demand of local people, and factors that influence the local house design, this essay aims to offer rural housing optimization solutions for people in West Anhui. |
