      针对印染行业染整废水特点,采用了混凝沉淀 水解酸化 接触氧化工艺进行处理。在预处理阶段,采用絮凝剂FeSO4,当其投加浓度为500mg/L时,其对CODcr和色度的去除率分别达到31%和43%,同时增加了污水的B/C比。最终调试运行结果表明:在进水CODcr、BOD5、SS的质量浓度为1031、317、325mg/L,色度为313的条件下,去除率都能达到84%以上,出水指标均达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB4287-2012中的排放标准。
英文摘要:
      According to the characteristics of dyeing and finishing wastewater of printing and dyeing industry,the processes of coagulation precipitation hydrolytic acidification contact oxidation were used. In the pre-processing stage, FeSO4 were used. When its dosing concentration was 500mg/L, its removal rate of CODcr and chroma can reach , respectively,31% and 43%while increasing the B / C ratio of sewage. The final results show that: when the influent concentration of CODcr, BOD5, SS were 1031, 317, 325 mg/L、chroma was 313, the removal rate can reach 84%.The effluent indexes meet to discharge standards of 《Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry》(GB4287-2012).
