      目前,工程建筑功能的要求日益复杂化,需要高层建筑结构下部有较大的使用空间,因而使上下结构形式发生变 化,竖向传力不连续,刚度分布不均匀。针对这个现象,转换层结构是常用的解决方式。本文主要是以带宽扁梁的高层框支结构为对象,研究转换层位置的不同对结构性能的影响。通过PKPM中的SATWE中的框支剪力墙有限元分析结构的受力及相关特性,利用EPDA

      At present , along with the functions of the building is increasingly complicated ,requires the lower part of the high-rise structure have larger space ,thus make the fiuctuation structure changes, the vertical force discontinuously , uneven distribution of stiffness . In view of this phenomenon , the transfer layer structure is a common solution. In this article, target at the high-rise frame structure , analysis the influence of the structure performance by the different location of transfer layer. Analysis the stress and related features by frame shear wall structure finite element of SATWE in PKPM, conduct elastic-plastic analysis to the structure under the rarely met earthquake by the EPDA PUSH software, analyze the seismic performance of the complex high-rise building structure with high conversion story of wide flat beam.
