      工程建筑功能的要求日益复杂化,需要高层建筑结构下部有较大的使用空间,因而使上下结构形式发生变化,竖向传力不连续,刚度分布不均匀。针对这个现象,转换层结构是常用的解决方式。本文主要是以带宽扁梁的高层框支结构为对象,研究转换层位置的不同对结构性能的影响。通过PKPM和MIDAS BUILDING两种不同的结构分析软件对转换层在6层的结构进行计算并对比分析,确保结构的安全可靠性,符合规范要求;再通过PKPM中的SATWE中的框支剪力墙有限元分析结构的受力及相关特性,利用EPDA&PUSH软件对结构进行罕遇地震作用下弹塑性分析,分析采用宽扁梁做高位转换层的复杂高层建筑结构的抗震性能。
英文摘要:
      Increasingly complicated functions of building require more space in lower part of high-rise structure, leading to structure change, discontinuous vertical force and uneven distribution of stiffness. Transfer layer structure is a commonly used solution to these problems. This study targets at high-rise frame structure and analyses the effect of structure performance by different locations of transfer layer. Firstly, two structural analysis softwares of PKPM and MIDAS BUILDING are operated to calculate and compare structure with sixth transition layer to ensure safety and conform to relevant regulations. Then, by frame shear wall structure finite element of SATWE in PKPM stress and related features are analysed. Finally, by conducting elastic-plastic analysis to the structure under rarely met earthquake by EPDA&PUSH software, seismic performance of the complex high-rise building structure with high conversion story of wide flat beam is analysed.
