| It is the basic content of the market economy for playing the market mechanism regulation roles of energy saving products. The root of saving building energy market problem is the external characteristics and information asymmetry. The governor, developers, consumers and other business for cultivating are the main bodies of the saving building energy market. Constructed the dynamic game model of the governor and developers，or developers and the other consumers, etc., put forward the countermeasures on further improve the saving building energy market of the related stakeholders. |
