      通过COTS在民用飞机软件中的使用和取证,分析了国际上绝大多数适航管理部门认可的软件合格审定指南RTCA DO-178B《机载系统和设备合格审定中的软件考虑》,理解只有满足RTCA DO-178B中的全部软件生命周期数据的COTS软件才可通过合格审定。飞机的主制造商应该从COTS供应商获取到符合RTCA DO-178B中所有目标的信息用来取证。如果COTS供应商不能够提供足够的取证信息,那么也可以考虑其他方法供飞机主制造商来采用,最终能够实现COTS的适航取证。
英文摘要:
      This paper aims to analyze the application and certification for COTS software in Civil Aircraft Software Design. Through the analysis of RTCA DO-178B, “Software Considerations in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification”, the most acceptable guideline for software certification in the world, it is clear to understand only certain COTS software with fully compliance to software life cycle process in RTCA DO-178B are certifiable. The aircraft manufacturers need to require the appropriate information that can satisfy all objectives required in RTCA DO-178B from COTS suppliers. If the COTS supplier could not provide enough certification information, there are several methods that the aircraft manufacturers are able to apply for COTS certification.
