      为了探讨高职学生自我效能与职业成熟度的关系。随机抽取270名高职学生,运用中国大学生职业成熟度量表(CSCMI)和一般自我效能量表(GSES)进行调查。结果表明职业成熟度的职业参照维度存在显著性别差异,女生得分显著高于男生得分;各年级学生的职业成熟度得分无显著差异。男女生在自我效能上的得分存在显著差异,男生得分显著高于女生得分;各年级学生的自我效能得分存在显著差异,大二学生得分显著高于大一和大三学生。得出职业成熟度与自我效能存在显著相关的结论。
英文摘要:
      To evaluate the correlation between self-efficacy and career maturity of higher vocational college students. A total of 270 higher vocational college students completed Chinese Student Career Maturity Inventory (CSCMI) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Career reference aspect of career maturity had significant sex difference; girls’ scores were much higher than boys’. The scores of different grades’ students on career maturity had no significant difference. In the aspect of self-efficacy, the scores of boys and girls had significant difference. Boys’ scores were higher than girls’. The scores of different grades’ students on self-efficacy had significant difference. Sophomores’ scores were much higher than those of freshmen and juniors. There existed significant correlation between self-efficacy and career maturity.
