      采用三维荧光考察了合肥市某污水处理厂各运行节点的光谱特征,研究了城市污水处理过程中溶解性有机物的三维荧光特性变化特征。结果表明,城市生活污水中荧光类溶解性有机物主要由类蛋白有机物、紫外腐殖质和可见腐殖质构成;通过对污水生物处理构筑物各运行节点水样的荧光检测,发现在整个运行过程中特征荧光峰中心位置和强度均发生了明显的改变,说明污水中有机物的相对组成和含量随生物处理过程而变化。
英文摘要:
      The sewage sample was investigated from different treatment units of the wastewater treat- ment plants using three-dimensional fluorescence spectra. The EEM fluorescence character of the dis- solved organic matter was studied during the wastewater treatment process. Results show that pro- tein-like substance, ultraviolet humus and visible humus are the main fluorescent dissolved organic matter in domestic sewage. By the fluorescence detection of the water samples in the operation nodes of biological wastewater treatment tank, Results showed that the location and intensity of the fluores- cence peaks had changed significantlyin the whole operation process, which indicated that the relative composition and content of organic matter varied during the wastewater biological treatment processes.
