      为降低地铁施工事故率,提高施工安全管理水平。基于社会认知理论与PSR(压力-状态-响应)模型,探究地铁施工人员工作压力与不安全行为之间的关系,构建了包含不安全心理与安全氛围的链式中介模型。借鉴成熟量表并结合专家咨询意见,针对4个变量形成17个测量题项,调查并收集了224份一线地铁施工人员的调查问卷,运用结构方程模型(SEM)对调查情况进行分析。研究结果表明:工作压力对地铁施工人员不安全行为具有显著正向影响,不安全心理和安全氛围不仅起独立中介作用,还共同发挥了链式中介作用。研究结论为制定地铁施工人员不安全行为干预策略具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce the incidence of metro construction accidents and enhance safety management levels, this study, based on the social cognitive theory framework and PSR(pressure-status-response) model, investigates the relationship between work stress and unsafe behavior among metro construction workers. A chain mediation model, incorporating unsafe psychology and safety atmosphere, is constructed. A structured questionnaire as-sessing four variables was developed, forming 17 measurement items, combining mature scales with expert con-sultations. A total of 224 questionnaires from frontline metro construction workers were collected, and the data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that work stress has a significant positive impact on unsafe behavior among metro construction workers. Unsafe psychology and safety atmosphere not only play independent mediating roles but also function as chain mediators. The findings provide important insights for the development of intervention strategies to mitigate unsafe behavior among metro construction workers.
