| 小汽车已经成为居民日常通勤的重要组成部分,厘清小汽车拥有与通勤行为的影响因素对于推动城市可持续发展至关重要。以合肥市主城区为例,基于调查问卷和建成环境数据,利用Heckman两阶段模型展开分析。结果表明:①家庭小汽车拥有受到收入、家庭规模、工作地建成环境的影响,而小汽车通勤受到通勤距离、家庭规模、年龄、工作类型和居住地建成环境的影响。②家庭小汽车拥有主要受非通勤需求主导:家中拥有电动车和高频使用共享自行车的群体,其通勤开车概率低而小汽车拥有概率高,购车更多出于非通勤需求。③对小汽车通勤的影响中通勤距离和性别的异质性显著:绿色出行工具的替代效应仅在10km以内有效,而居住地建成环境的影响仅在10km以上成立;家庭规模、工作类型仅影响女性群体,绿色出行特征、居住地建成环境和通勤距离仅影响男性群体。为此,本文提出差异化调控政策、优化共享出行设施等建议,为引导居民绿色出行提供依据。 |

| Cars have become an important part of residents" daily commuting. Clarifying the influencing factors of car ownership and commuting behavior is crucial for promoting urban sustainable development. Taking the main urban area of Hefei as an example, based on questionnaires and built environment data, an analysis was conducted using the Heckman two-stage model. The results show: ① Family car ownership is influenced by income, family size, and the built environment of the workplace, while car commuting is affected by commuting distance, family size, age, job type, and the built environment of the residence. ② Family car ownership is mainly driven by non-commuting needs: groups with electric vehicles at home and frequent use of shared bicycles have a lower probability of commuting by car and a higher probability of car ownership, and car purchase is more often due to non-commuting needs. ③ The heterogeneity of the impact of car commuting is significant regarding commuting distance and gender: the substitution effect of green travel tools is only effective within 10 km, while the influence of the built environment of the residence only holds above 10 km; family size and job type only affect the female group, and green travel characteristics, built environment of the residence, and commuting distance only affect the male group. Therefore, this paper proposes differentiated regulatory policies and optimizing shared travel facilities, providing a basis for guiding residents to green travel. |
