      为破解黄河流域建筑业高碳排放与生态保护的协同难题,响应“双碳”目标下新质生产力赋能产业低碳转型的现实需求,基于2011—2022年黄河流域九省(区)的面板数据,采用Critic-Topsis法、IPCC碳排放系数法分别测度新质生产力水平和建筑业碳排放强度,构建双固定效应模型检验其影响及传导机制。结果表明:①新质生产力对黄河流域建筑业碳排放强度具有显著抑制作用,且经过稳健性、内生性检验后结果依然成立。②绿色创新水平、环境规制强度、建筑业结构优化水平在新质生产力影响建筑业碳排放强度中发挥显著的中介效应。研究结果为黄河流域精准布局新质生产力、推动建筑业低碳高质量发展提供理论支撑和实证依据。

      To address the collaborative dilemma between high carbon emissions from the construction industry and ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin, and meet the practical demand of empowering the industry’s low-carbon transformation with new quality productive forces under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, this paper measures the development level of new quality productive forces and the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry by the Critic-Topsis method and IPCC carbon emission coefficient method respectively, and constructs a two-way fixed effects model to test its influence and transmission mechanism, based on the panel data of nine provinces and autonomous regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2022. The results show that:①New quality productive forces have a significant inhibitory effect on the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in the study area, and the results remain valid after robustness and endogeneity tests.②Green innovation level, environmental regulation intensity, and structural optimization level in the construction industry play significant mediating roles in the impact of new quality productive forces on the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry. The findings provide theoretical support and empirical evidence for precisely deploying new quality productive forces and promoting low-carbon, high-quality development of the construction industry in the Yellow River Basin.
