      本文主要对磁活性污泥-序批式反应器(MAS-SBR)系统中耐盐菌筛选及耐盐机理进行研究。从盐度为40 g/L的磁性活性污泥中筛选出菌株B1和 B2,经鉴定 B1为橄榄芽孢杆菌,B2为盐枝芽孢杆菌;在0~90 g/L 盐度浓度范围内,菌株 B1和 B2都能生长,但B1能更好的适应高盐环境;B1菌株最适 pH 值为 8,B2菌株最适pH值为7。当耐盐菌株B1和B2在超过自身所承受的高盐环境中时,可以通过运转阴阳离子通道(如 SO4 2-、Ca 2+、 NO3 - 和 K+ )和吸收相容性物质(脯氨酸、甘氨酸、海藻糖和甜菜碱)以及降低细胞内蛋白质合成,提高多糖消耗,协同调节渗透压稳态。
英文摘要:
      This study mainly focuses on the screening of salt-tolerant bacteria and the research on salt-tolerance mechanisms in the MAS-SBR system. Strains B1 and B2 were isolated from magnetic activated sludge with a salinity of 40 g/L. Through identification, B1 was identified as Bacillus olivaceus and B2 as Bacillus saliphilus. Both salt-tolerant strains B1 and B2 can grow within the salinity range of 0–90 g/L, but strain B1 shows better adaptability to high-salt environments. The optimal pH value for strain B1 is 8, while that for B2 is 7. When salt-tolerant strains B1 and B2 are in a high-salt environment exceeding their tolerance limit, they can cooperate in osmotic homeostasis by operating cation and anion channels (such as SO4 2-、Ca 2+、 NO3 - and K+), absorbing compatible substances (proline, glycine, trehalose, and betaine), reducing intracellular protein synthesis, and increasing polysaccharide consumption.
