      在应对全球气候变化和推进可持续发展的背景下,公共建筑能耗及其引起的碳排放问题受到了广泛关注。本文将公共建筑运行的各类能耗数据转换为建筑碳排放量,并选择安徽省合肥市政务文化新区为例,进一步识别政务文化新区公共建筑碳排放量时空分布特征。结果表明:①对于分类型分能耗的建筑碳排放量,商业建筑的总体碳排放量最大;相比其他能耗碳排放量,电气碳排放量占比最大。②在时序演变方面,从2023年度不同类型公共建筑碳排放量看,整体呈先升高再下降的趋势,于夏季达到峰值;从2023年度公共建筑分能耗碳排放量看,用电碳排放量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,其他几种能耗碳排放量则因建筑使用特征不同而变化不同。③在空间分异上,研究区域的公共建筑碳排放量呈现离散型分布,高密度区域主要集中在区域北侧、西侧和中部区域。
英文摘要:
      Against the backdrop of addressing global climate change and promoting sustainable development, the energy consumption of public buildings and the carbon emissions it causes have received widespread attention. This paper converts various energy consumption data of public buildings into building carbon emissions and selects the Government and Cultural New District of Hefei City, Anhui Province as an example to further identify the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of carbon emissions of public buildings in the Government and Cultural New District. The results show that: ① For the carbon emissions of buildings classified by type and energy consumption, the overall carbon emissions of commercial buildings are the largest; Compared with other energy consumption carbon emissions, electrical carbon emissions account for the largest proportion. In terms of temporal evolution, from the perspective of carbon emissions of different types of public buildings in 2023, the overall trend first increased and then decreased, reaching the peak in summer. From the perspective of the carbon emissions of public buildings by energy consumption in 2023, the carbon emissions from electricity use all showed a trend of first rising and then falling, while the carbon emissions of other types of energy consumption varied depending on the different usage characteristics of the buildings. ③ In terms of spatial differentiation, the carbon emissions of public buildings in the study area show a discrete distribution, with high-density areas mainly concentrated in the northern, western and central regions of the area.
