      全球气候变化和可持续发展理念推动建筑业绿色发展。通过采用中国省际面板数据并构建固定效应模型和SYS-GMM模型,对产业集聚、绿色技术创新与建筑业绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)之间的关联进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,产业集聚显著促进了建筑业GTFP的提升,而绿色技术创新在这一过程中发挥了关键的中介作用。此外,分析还发现不同地区的影响效应存在显著差异,表明产业集聚对建筑业GTFP的影响具有区域异质性。这一成果不仅丰富了产业集聚与绿色全要素生产率关系的理论框架,也为建筑业的绿色发展提供了有益的参考。
英文摘要:
      Global climate change and the concept of sustainable development promote the green development of the construction industry. By using China"s provincial panel data and constructing fixed effect model and SYS-GMM model, this paper empirically analyzes the correlation between industrial agglomeration, green technology innovation and green total factor productivity (GTFP) in construction industry. The results show that industrial agglomeration significantly promotes the improvement of GTFP in the construction industry, and green technology innovation plays a key intermediary role in this process. In addition, the analysis also found that there are significant differences in the effect of different regions, indicating that the influence of industrial agglomeration on the GTFP of the construction industry has regional heterogeneity. The results not only enrich the theoretical framework of the relationship between industrial agglomeration and green total factor productivity, but also provide a useful reference for the green development of the construction industry.
