      高校绩效薪酬管理是高校治理的关键举措之一,如何发挥高校绩效薪酬制度对高校职工的激励作用是研究的重点。文章以安徽省某高校为例,系统地分析了安徽省属高校在绩效薪酬管理中取得的经验以及存在的不足。高校教职工是学校事业发展的承担者,以波特-劳勒综合激励模型分析职工层面“努力-绩效-奖励-满意”的循环激励体系。最后,提出建立系统化的目标驱动体系,构建战略化的绩效管理体系,健全科学化的绩效考核体系,提升薪酬水平、优化激励机制,做好人才服务、促进人才发展。

      Performance-based compensation systems are central to university governance, with a key research focus on how such systems can effectively incentivize faculty and staff. Taking a university in Anhui Province as a case study, this article systematically analyzes the achievements and shortcomings in developing performance-based compensation systems at regional higher education institutions. University employees are the driving force behind institutional development. The Porter-Lawler comprehensive motivational model is applied to analyze the cyclical "Effort - Performance - Reward - Satisfaction" dynamic at the individual employee level. Finally, the study proposes: establishing systematic goal-driven frameworks, developing strategic performance management systems, refining scientific performance evaluation mechanisms, enhancing compensation levels while optimizing incentive structures, and strengthening talent support services to foster professional development.
