| 研究城市公园生态系统文化服务的公众感知,对优化公园设计、提升绿地服务质量具有重要指导意义。以合肥市8个典型城市公园为研究对象,爬取网络评论数据,通过词频分析、社会网络分析、情感分析和重要性—绩效分析等,探讨各公园生态系统文化服务价值感知差异。结果显示：(1)词频分析上,审美欣赏功能占各公园主导,其中逍遥津、包公园历史记忆功能,滨湖国家森林公园科学教育功能以及骆岗中央公园艺术灵感功能突出；(2)公众关注重点上,审美欣赏词汇在各个公园占比较多,各公园呈现不同的关注重点,如杏花公园聚焦相亲角、散步、游乐设施等休闲游憩和社交互动功能词汇；(3)社会网络关联分析上,各项生态系统文化服务类型社会网络呈现不同的特点,如审美欣赏服务里自然景观关联度较强；(4)满意度分析方面,各公园服务类型特征不同,如合肥植物园在部分服务处于优势维持区,但康体健身需优化。研究为城市公园优化提供数据支撑,助力提升服务品质。 |

| Studying the public perceptions of cultural ecosystem services in urban parks is of significant guiding significance for optimizing park design and improving the quality of green space services. Taking 8 typical urban parks in Hefei as the research objects, this study crawled online review data and explored the differences in the perceived values of cultural ecosystem services across parks through word frequency analysis, social network analysis, emotional analysis, and importance-performance analysis. The results show: (1) According to word frequency analysis, aesthetic appreciation functions dominated in each park. Among them, historical memory functions were prominent in Xiaoyaojin Park and Bao Park, scientific education functions in Binhu National Forest Park, and artistic inspiration functions in Luogang Central Park. (2) In terms of public attention priorities, aesthetic appreciation vocabulary accounted for a large proportion in each park, but different parks showed distinct focus areas. For example, Xinghua Park focused on vocabulary related to recreational and social interaction functions such as the blind date corner, walking, and amusement facilities. (3) In social network correlation analysis, the social networks of various cultural ecosystem service types exhibited different characteristics. For instance, natural landscapes showed a strong correlation in aesthetic appreciation services. (4) In terms of satisfaction analysis, each park had distinct service type characteristics. For example, the Botanical Garden was in the advantage maintenance zone for some services, while fitness services needed optimization. |
