      PHC管桩植桩具有承载力高、环境影响小、工程造价低等特点,已在众多工程中得以应用。以德上高速合枞段2标工程为背景,采用现场静载试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,系统研究了PHC管桩植桩承载力影响因素。研究结果表明,随着水泥土桩直径、长度、强度、水泥土桩与周围土体接触强度的增加,PHC管桩植桩承载力逐渐增加,桩顶沉降逐渐减少。从影响程度来看,由强到弱分别为水泥土桩长度、直径、强度和水泥土桩与周围土体接触强度。最后,针对PHC管桩植桩施工中的垂直度控制难题,研发了植桩定位架,确保了植桩垂直度精度。
英文摘要:
      PHC implanted piles are applied in numerous engineering projects,as higher bering capacity,lower environmental impact and lower cost. Based on a highway engineering,the influence factors of PHC implanted piles bearing capacity are studied by field test and numerical simulation. The results reveal that the bearing capacity increases and the settlement decreases as the increasing of diameter,length,strength and contact strength of cement soil piles. Among the four factors,the length of cement soil piles is the most,then the diameter,the strenght and contact strength. At last,a positioning frame for controlling the verticality of PHC implanting is developed.
