      积极心理学为高校学生抑郁情绪的识别与干预提供了发展性取向。本研究以“认知—情绪—行为—社会支持”四维机制为主线,揭示了负性自动思维与消极归因维持抑郁的认知偏差,积极情绪匮乏与快感缺失导致情绪耗竭,行为回避与目标停摆削弱自我效能,社会支持稀缺加剧负性循环。围绕上述机制,提炼并整合适配高校场景的积极心理干预组合与分层实施路径:在普及层面采用“三件好事”“优势识别与运用”“感恩书写”等微干预以提升积极情绪与意义感;在选择层面引入行为激活与正念练习以打破回避—低效能回路;在指向层面以团体阶段式项目对高风险大学生开展密集干预。为保障可操作性,提出“评估—干预—反馈—再评估”的闭环流程,并通过数字化打卡实现过程监测。研究旨在为高校抑郁情绪的早识别、早干预提供机制导向的策略框架与可执行清单。
英文摘要:
      Positive psychology offers a development-oriented approach to the identification and intervention of depressive mood among university students. This study takes the four-dimensional mechanism of “cognition - emotion - behavior - social support” as the main thread, revealing that negative automatic thinking and negative attribution maintain the cognitive bias of depression, the lack of positive emotions and anhedonia lead to emotional exhaustion, behavioral avoidance and goal suspension weaken self-efficacy, and the scarcity of social support exacerbates the negative cycle. Building on these mechanisms, we distill a set of positive psychology interventions tailored to higher-education settings and a tiered implementation pathway: at the universal level, brief exercises such as “Three Good Things,” strengths identification and deployment, and gratitude writing to enhance positive affect and meaning; at the selective level, behavioral activation and mindfulness practices to disrupt the avoidance–low-efficacy loop; and at the indicated level, an intensive, phase-based group program for high-risk students. To ensure operability, we propose a closed-loop process of “assessment–intervention–feedback–reassessment,” complemented by digital check-ins for process monitoring. The study aims to provide a mechanism-driven strategic framework and an actionable checklist for early identification and early intervention of depressive mood in universities
