      以某高速工程为背景,采用现场静载试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了 PHC管桩植桩承载力影响因素。研究结果表明,随着水泥土桩直径、长度、强度、水泥土桩与周围土体接触强度的增加,PHC管桩植桩承载力逐渐增加,桩顶沉降逐渐减少。影响PHC管桩植桩承载力的因素由强到弱分别为水泥土桩长度、直径、水泥土桩与周围土体接触强度和水泥土桩强度,最大增幅分别为25.7%、16.1%、10.9%和10%。计算表明PHC管桩植桩竖向应力沿桩身深度呈现先增加后减少的趋势,最大值约在桩顶下0.5 m处,且都处于安全状态。最后,针对PHC管桩植桩施工中的垂直度控制难题,研发了植桩定位架。
英文摘要:
      Based on a highway engineering,factors affecting the PHC implanted piles bearing capacity are studied by field test and numerical simulation. The results reveal that the bearing capacity increases and the settlement decreases as the increasing of diameter, length,strength and contact strength of cement soil piles. The factors influencing the bearing capacity of PHC pipe piles during installation, in order of decreasing significance, are the length of cement soil pile, the diameter of cement soil pile, contact strength between cement soil pile and surrounding soil, and strength of cement soil pile. The maximum increments of bearing capacity are 25.7%,16.1%,10.9% and 10% respectively. Calculation results show that the vertical stress of the embedded PHC pipe pile increases initially and then decreases with depth along the pile body, with the maximum value occurring at approximately 0.5 m below the pile top, and all stresses remain within safe limits. At last,a positioning frame for controlling the verticality of PHC implanting is developed.
