| 注重党员意识教育不仅是马克思主义政党的优良传统，也是解决现实问题的必然要求。党员意识作为共产党员思想上的“身份证”和精神上的鲜明标识，具有政治性、先进性、人民性、纪律性等特征。它是发挥党员先锋模范作用的精神保障，也是考量党员是否合格的重要标准。大学生党员的党员意识和党性观念之强弱，事关中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的培养、事关高校立德树人根本任务的贯彻落实。调研结果表明，高校在开展大学生党员意识教育的过程中还存在内容针对性弱、形式单一等问题。应由表及里，深刻剖析问题背后的深层次原因，并力图从学生党员自身、党支部和学校等层面提出问题的破解路径。 |

| Paying attention to the education of party member consciousness is not only the tradition of a Marxist political party but also an inevitable requirement for solving practical problems. As the ideological "identity card" and the distinctive spiritual symbol of Communist Party members, the consciousness of Party members has the characteristics of politics, progressiveness, people′s nature, and discipline. It is the spiritual guarantee for giving play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members. It is also an important criterion for evaluating whether party members are qualified. The strength of the party membership consciousness and party spirit concept among college students is related to the cultivation of builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, as well as the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities. The survey results indicate that there are still issues in the process of educating college students′ party members on awareness, including the weak relevance of content and a single form. It is necessary to thoroughly analyze the underlying causes of the problem from the surface to the core, and attempt to propose a solution path for the problem from the perspectives of student party members themselves, party branches, and schools. |
