| 依托合肥地铁八号线工程灵~耀区间长距离叠落盾构隧道工程,针对盾构区间后建隧道施工会对周边地层及邻近先建隧道产生影响问题,通过三维有限元软件 ABAQUS,对后建隧道施工过程中先建隧道的变形特征与控制措施进行研究。依据实际工程,以两隧道竖向净距和夹角为研究变量,建立了四个有限元模型,研究盾构区间先建隧道受影响规律。研究结果表明:后建隧道施工会造成地表沉降槽深度增加和引起先建隧道结构变形;竖向和斜向叠落隧道地表最大沉降点分别位于隧道拱顶上方和两隧道轴线之间;先建隧道受后建隧道施工影响区域主要集中于后建隧道掌子面前方4倍洞径到后方3倍洞径范围,并且随着两隧道间距减小,后建隧道施工对于先建隧道的影响越明显。针对分析结果,可对两隧道间夹层土采取合理的注浆加固措施,能够有效抑制先建隧道结构的隆起变形。 |

| Taking the long-distance, overlapping shield tunnel project of the Ling~Yao section of Hefei Metro Line 8 as the background, this study investigates the impact of the construction of a subsequently built tunnel on the surrounding strata and the adjacent, previously constructed tunnel. Using the three-dimensional finite element software ABAQUS, the deformation characteristics and control measures of the pre-existing tunnel during the construction of the later tunnel are analyzed. Based on the actual project, four finite element models were established, using the vertical net distance and angle between the two tunnels as variables to study the impact on the pre-existing tunnel during the shield construction. The results indicate that the construction of the later tunnel increases the depth of the surface settlement trough and causes deformation of the pre-existing tunnel structure. The maximum surface settlement points for vertically and obliquely overlapping tunnels are located above the tunnel arch and between the axes of the two tunnels, respectively. The area of the pre-existing tunnel affected by the construction of the later tunnel is mainly concentrated in the range of 4 times the tunnel diameter in front of the face of the later tunnel and 3 times the tunnel diameter behind it. Furthermore, the impact of the later tunnel construction on the pre-existing tunnel becomes more pronounced as the distance between the two tunnels decreases. Based on the analysis results, reasonable grouting reinforcement measures can be adopted for the soil layer between the two tunnels to effectively suppress the uplift deformation of the pre-existing tunnel structure. |
