      以安徽省 16个地级市为研究对象,构建数字经济、低碳发展与建筑业高质量发展三系统综合评价指标体系,采用熵权 TOPSIS模型、耦合协调度模型、Dagum 基尼系数、障碍度模型等方法,测算 2013—2023年安徽省三系统耦合协调度,系统揭示安徽省三系统耦合协调发展的时空演化规律、区域差异来源及影响协同发展的关键影响因素。结果显示:(1)安徽省三系统综合评价指数排序为低碳发展>数字经济>建筑业高质量发展,其中数字经济综合评价指数增长速度最快;(2)安徽省三系统耦合协调度持续上升,空间格局呈现皖中>皖南>皖北梯度递减的特征;(3)安徽省三系统耦合协调度总体差异呈波动下降态势,区域间差异是导致三系统耦合协调度差异的主要原因,其中皖北—皖南区域间差异最为突出;(4)互联网发展、低碳发展进展与创新驱动是影响三系统协调发展的主要因素。

      This paper takes 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province as the research object, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the three-system of the construction industry, namely digital economy, low-carbon development and high-quality development, and adopts entropy-weighted TOPSIS model, coupling coordination degree model, Dagum Gini coefficient, obstacle degree model to measure the degree of coupling coordination of the three-system in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2023 and their patiotemporal evolution laws, the reasons of regional differences and the key influencing factors affecting the synergistic development. The results show that the ranking for the three systems of the construction industry in Anhui Province is low-carbon development > digital economy > high-quality development, in which the comprehensive evaluation index of the digital economy has the fastest growth rate. The coordination degree of the three-system coupling continues to rise, with the gradient of central Anhui > southern Anhui > northern Anhui. The overall differences in the coordination degree of the three-system coupling in Anhui Province show a fluctuating decline, and the reginal differences are the main cause of the overall differences, with the most prominent differences occurring between the northern and southern Anhui. Internet development, progress of low-carbon development and innovation drive are the main factors affecting the coordinated development of the three systems.
