      基于国土空间规划体系建立实施的背景,以合肥都市圈 52个区县单元为研究对象,采用综合评价法测算其生产、生活、生态(简称“三生”)功能综合发展水平,结合空间分析法、修正后的耦合协调度模型揭示合肥都市圈国土空间多功能系统的空间分异特征和耦合协调规律,提出合肥都市圈“三生”功能分区调控策略。结果表明:(1)研究区“三生”综合功能呈现“南高北低”的空间分布特征,且“三生”用地空间分异明显,呈现以合肥、芜湖、蚌埠为主导的生产空间,依山、环湖、临江的生态空间和城镇生活主导的生活空间集聚特征;(2)研究区“三生”功能耦合协调水平在空间上呈现以合肥、芜湖、蚌埠为中心,圈层式向外延伸的空间结构特征,且具有显著的空间集聚现象;(3)依据“三生”综合功能发展水平和耦合协调水平强弱将研究区划分为6个空间功能分区,并基于此提出国土空间功能分区优化策略。

      Based on the establishment and implementation of the national spatial planning system, 52 districts and counties in Hefei metropolitan area are taken as the research objects, and the comprehensive development level of production, living and ecological functions (referred to as the PLE) is measured by the comprehensive evaluation method, which is combined with the spatial analysis method and the revised coupling coordination model to reveal the characteristics of spatial differentiation and coupling rules of the national spatial multifunctional system of the Hefei metropolitan area and to promote the regulation strategy. The results show that the spatial distribution of the PLE function in the study area is high in the south and low in the north, and the spatial differentiation of the PLE land use is obvious, presenting the production space dominated by Hefei, Wuhu, Bengbu; the ecological space around the mountains, lakes and rivers; and the living space followed by the town life. The PLE function coordination in the study area is centered on Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu, with a circular extension outward and a significant spatial agglomeration. Based on the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination level of PLE function, the study area is divided into six spatial function partitions, and the optimization strategy of land spatial function partition is proposed, accordingly.
