| Park City, as an implementable path for ecological civilisation construction and high-quality development, is also one of the mainstream directions for urban development today. Through the in-depth analysis of the concept, origin, development and connotation of Park City, we explore its value, evaluation system and construction. Through the CiteSpace software, we screened the related literature on CNKI, and used the keyword co-occurrence analysis method to carry out relevant visual analysis on the current status of the research topic. The study shows that the theoretical research of Park City focuses on the connotation and value system, and the practice focuses on ecological construction and urban renewal, with insufficient attention to the realisation of cultural, social and aesthetic values. The evaluation system is well constructed, but it focuses on objective data and quantitative analyses, pays little attention to the subjective feelings and needs of residents, and does not pay enough attention to the impact of interaction between different stakeholders in the city. There are differences in the effectiveness of construction practices in different places, such as Chengdu City, which has formulated policies and standards and explored new modes of operation and management to promote the construction. The theory and practice of Park City construction have certain deficiencies in terms of research content, methodology and value system, etc., which can be studied in depth and comprehensively in terms of theoretical content, practical innovation, value expansion, evaluation mechanism, technical methodology and multi-party synergy. |
