| 老龄化率的持续增长，对城市人居环境提出新要求，复愈性环境作为现代环境心理学的新兴理论，对于传统社区更新模式的转型有着广泛的适用性和契合度。在总结复愈性环境概念内涵的基础上，使用citespace、vosviewer软件对web of science数据库和cnki数据库2000-2022年复愈性环境在社区适老化领域的372项研究进行文献计量分析和可视化表达。基于对关键词共线的聚类分析，确定研究热点和主流研究范式，并根据现有研究进展进一步展望未来可能的发展趋势。结果表明，早期的社区适老更新多为基础性物质空间改造，复愈性环境的介入薄弱，随着生活水平的提高，中老年居民对于环境品质的需求的提升，使得社区适老化更新更加关注社区环境对于居民健康的积极作用，表现为整体性社区空间提升营造。探索满足老年人健康需求的复愈指标是构建社区复愈性环境的研究重点，复愈环境从老年人的行为、心理、生理都进行不同程度的研究。随着我国老年友好城市建设的推进，复愈性环境将会成为社区适老化更新的重要改造手段。 |

| The continuous growth of Ageing rate puts forward new requirements for urban habitat environment, and restorative environments, as an emerging theory of modern environmental psychology, has wide applicability and fit for the transformation of traditional community renewal mode. On the basis of summarizing the connotation of the concept of restoration environments, 372 studies of restoration environments in the field of community aging from 2000 to 2022 in the web of science database and cnki database were bibliometrically analyzed and visually expressed using citespace and vosviewer software. Based on the clustering analysis of keyword covariates, research hotspots and mainstream research paradigms were identified, and the possible future development trends were further prospected based on the existing research progress. The results show that early community ageing renewal was mostly basic physical space renovation, with weak intervention of restoration environments. With the improvement of living standards, the demand for environmental quality of middle-aged and elderly residents has increased, which makes community ageing renewal pay more attention to the positive effects of community environments on the health of residents, and manifests itself in the enhancement of holistic community space creation. Exploring the quotes of restoration to meet the health needs of the elderly is the focus of the research to build community restoration environments, restoration environments from the behavior of the elderly, psychology, physiology are carried out to varying degrees. With the promotion of the construction of age-friendly cities in China, restoration environments will become an important means of transformation for community ageing renewal. |
