      论文以粉煤灰与高炉矿渣为原材料,研究不同Na2O当量(3%、4%、5%、6%、7%)对地聚物宏观性能和微观组织结构影响。通过浆体流动度和试样抗压、抗折强度测试,分析地聚物的宏观力学性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对微观结构进行分析。研究结果表明,随着Na2O当量增加,浆体流动度呈递增趋势,抗压、抗折强度呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;在Na2O当量6%时体系中水化反应达到最佳状态,产物主要有SiO2晶体、CaCO3晶体、莫来石(Al6Si2O13)、水化硅酸钙凝胶(C-S-H)、水化硅酸钙铝凝胶(C-A-S-H)和水合硅铝酸钠凝胶(N-A-S-H),且抗压、抗折强度分别达到70.66Mpa和2.70Mpa。

      The effects of different Na2O equivalent (3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%) on the macroscopic properties and microstructure of the geopolymers were studied using fly ash and blast furnace slag as raw materials. The macroscopic mechanical properties of the polymer were analyzed by slurry fluidity and compressive and flexural strength tests. The microstructure of the polymer was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that with the increase of Na2O equivalent, the fluidity of slurry increases, and the compressive and flexural strength increases first and then decreases. When Na2O equivalent is 6%, the hydration reaction reached the best state, and the products mainly include SiO2 crystals, CaCO3 crystals, mullite (Al6Si2O13), calcium silicate hydrate gel (C-S-H), calcium aluminum silicate hydrate gel (C-A-S-H) and sodium aluminate silicate hydrate gel (N-A-S-H). The compressive strength and flexural strength reached 70.66Mpa and 2.70Mpa respectively.
