      活性化学粉末在混凝土裂纹愈合、力学强度提升等方面具有重要作用。为了获得优异的混凝土自愈材料,本文利用络合剂J、助剂N(硅酸铝:硫酸钠=1:1)、甲酸钙、葡萄糖酸钠作为自愈混凝土的活性化学成分进行了正交实验。通过抗压强度、劈裂强度及两者的强度恢复率等关键参数对混凝土自愈性能进行评价,研究活性化学粉末对混凝土自愈性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,活性化学粉末能够有效促进水泥水化反应、改善混凝土内部结晶体的分布结构,从而提高混凝土的自愈能力。经成分分析及微观结构观察发现,活性粉末混凝土内部存在的氢氧化钙被消耗生成更多硅酸钙凝胶和钙矾石晶体等物质,并覆盖在混凝土内部的裂纹处,这对混凝土的裂纹修复、混凝土强度提升及其损伤再修复起到至关重要的作用。本实验研究结果有助于深刻了解活性化学粉末对混凝土自修复性能的影响。

      Active chemical powder plays an important role in crack healing and mechanical strength improvement of concrete. In order to obtain excellent concrete self-healing materials, this paper conducts orthogonal experiments by using the complexing agent J, the auxiliary agent N (aluminum silicate: sodium sulfate =1:1), calcium formate and sodium gluconate as the active chemical components of self-healing concrete. The self-healing properties of concrete are evaluated by key parameters such as compressive strength, splitting strength and their strength recovery rates, and the influence rule of active chemical powder on the self-healing properties of concrete is studied. The experiment results show that the active chemical powder can effectively promote the cement hydration reaction and improve the distribution structure of concrete internal crystals, so as to improve the self-healing ability of concrete. Composition analysis and microstructure observation show that the calcium hydroxide existing in the active powder concrete is consumed and generate more calcium silicate gel and ettringite crystal, which covers the cracks inside the concrete. This plays a vital role in the repair of concrete cracks, concrete strength improvement and damage repair. The results of this experimental study provide a deep understanding of the effects of active chemical powder on the self-healing properties of concrete.
