      面对环境的不确定性,装配式建筑供应链面临巨大风险。为提升装配式建筑供应链竞争力,将动态能力理论引入装配式建筑供应链管理,将动态能力划分为主动能力和反应能力两个维度探究其对供应链竞争力的影响机制,并引入供应链韧性作为中介变量。对回收的276份有效样本数据使用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果显示:动态能力的两个维度与供应链韧性正向影响供应链竞争力;动态能力的两个维度正向影响供应链韧性;供应链韧性在动态能力与供应链竞争力之间起到中介作用。拓宽了动态能力理论的应用边界,厘清了装配式建筑供应链竞争力的驱动因素,基于此对装配式建筑供应链管理提出相关建议,为装配式建筑公司提升供应链竞争力提供新的视角。
英文摘要:
      Faced with environmental uncertainty, prefabricated construction supply chains encounter significant risks. To enhance their competitiveness, dynamic capability theory is introduced into the management of prefabricated construction supply chains. It is divided into proactive and reactive dimensions to explore their impact mechanisms on supply chain competitiveness, while introducing supply chain resilience as a mediating variable. Structural equation modeling is used to analyze 276 valid sample data. The results show that both dimensions of dynamic capability positively affect supply chain resilience and competitiveness. Supply chain resilience mediates between dynamic capability and supply chain competitiveness. The study expands the application boundaries of dynamic capability theory and clarifies the driving factors of competitiveness in prefabricated construction supply chains, offering relevant management recommendations and providing a fresh perspective for enhancing supply chain competitiveness in prefabricated construction companies.
