      夏热冬冷地区气候变化剧烈,建筑围护结构长期暴露在恶劣气候环境下,建筑物被动受损严重。通过对该地区部分城镇建筑物进行实地随机问卷调查,在统计分析的基础上,总结出该地区建筑物被动受损主要现象,建筑围护结构使用不同材料的受损程度。分析表明:建筑物朝向不同被动受损程度相差较大;外墙无保温建筑严重受损;外墙外保温层开裂、墙体渗漏等受损不容忽视;屋面多层架空隔热方法有效减少顶层围护结构受损;外门窗构造对建筑受损影响较大;室内通风有效性对遏制墙体产生霉变、降低霉变程度有不可忽略影响。文章对降低该地区建筑物被动受损,构建新型围护结构,优化围护结构节能保温策略提供依据。
英文摘要:
      The climate changes intensely in hot summer and cold winter zone. The building envelope structure is exposed to harsh climate environment for a long time,and the passive damage of the building is serious. Random questionnaires survey was conducted on some urban buildings of the area. On the basis of statistical analysis,the main phenomena of passive damage of buildings in this area and the damage degree of different materials used in the building envelope are summarized. The analysis shows that there is a big difference in passive damage degree of the building which don’t have the same orientation,and the exterior walls of non-thermal insulation buildings are seriously damage. The exterior wall cracking of exterior insulation layer and wall leakage can not be ignored. In addition,the multi-layer roof insulation method can effectively reduce the damage of the roof enclosure structure. The exterior door and window structure has a great influence on the damage of the building. The effectiveness of indoor ventilation can not be neglected to refrain wall mildew and reduce the mildew degree. This paper provides a basis for reducing passive damage of buildings in the area,constructing new type of building envelope,and optimizing the building envelope energy conservation and thermal insulation strategies.
