基于BIM的强大项目管理能力和高度可视化功能,工程建设施工的效率得到极大提高。结合BIM的基本理论,以某框架剪力墙结构为例,通过对该框架剪力墙结构的各类BIM三维模型进行处理和分析,研究了BIM技术在建设工程施工中的一些初步应用。同时,在三维模型为基础上采用Navisworks Manage 2015软件,建立了该框架剪力墙结构非标准层4D施工进度模型,并对该楼施工过程进行了进度模拟,研究了采取基于 BIM 的4D虚拟建造技术进行进度管理的优越性及可行性。 |

The efficiency of engineering construction has been greatly improved based on BIM strong project management skills and highly visual function. Combining with the basic theory of BIM, taking one frame shear wall structure for example, this paper studies preliminary application of BIM in the engineering construction by processing and analyzing various types of BIM 3D model frame shear wall structure. At the same time, this paper sets up the frame shear wall structure of non-standard layer 4 d model of the construction progress and simulates the process of the building construction using Navisworks2015 management software on the basis of 3D model, then this paper analyzes and researches the superiority and feasibility of the schedule management using 4D-virtual construction technology based on BIM. |
