本文基于三阶段DEA模型,利用我国29省市2006-2013年间建筑业面板数据对中国建筑业效率进行分析和评价。结果表明,我国建筑业生产效率偏低主要是因为规模无效率;建筑业整体效率呈上升趋势,各区域间建筑业效率水平差距较大,并利用聚类分析将各省市按照建筑业效率高低划分成四个区域。此外,结合我国建筑业现状,提出调整产业规模、推动科技进步、加快国有体制改革、发展地区经济等提高建筑业效率的相关建议。 |

Basing on three-stage DEA model, this article analyzes and evaluates the efficiency of construction industry by using 29 provinces’ construction panel data from 2006 to 2013. The study finds that low productivity of construction industry is mainly due to the inefficiency of scale; the overall efficiency of construction industry is rising, but the construction efficiency gap among regions is large, and we use cluster analysis to divide all provinces into four regions according to the lever of efficiency of their construction industry. In addition, according to the current situation of construction industry, we put forward some related suggestions to improve the efficiency of construction industry, such as adjusting the industry scale, promoting scientific and technological progress, accelerating the reform of state-owned, developing regional economy and so on. |
