从经济发展、社会进步、资源节约、污染控制、生态环境、生态文化6个方面构建了19项二级指标,基于层次分析-熵值耦合模型进行区域生态文明建设水平测度。分析了六安市2008-2012年生态文明建设水平,结果表明:六安市生态文明建设水平测度值为0.06063、0.08432、0.09448、0.10378、0.12890,说明六安市生态文明建设水平处于逐渐改善发展的状态,制约其发展程度的主要因素为经济发展、污染控制和社会进步等,现阶段应进一步优化产业结构,加强污染监控强度、加大教育文化投入力度。 |

In this paper,Construction of ecological civilization, people"s welfare relationship, about the nation"s future, Based on AHP - Entropy Coupled Model of regional ecological civilization construction level measure of economic development, social progress, resource conservation, pollution control, ecological environment, ecological and cultural aspects 6 Construction of the 19 secondary indicators. Lu"an City as an example, analyzes the Lu"an 2008-2012 Construction level of ecological civilization, the results showed that: Lu"an ecological civilization construction level measure is 0.06063,0.08432,0.09448,0.10378,0.12890 described Lu"an ecological civilization high degree of development in the state, the main factor restricting the level of development of social progress and pollution control, at this stage should further develop the economy, strengthen pollution monitoring intensity, increase educational and cultural investment. |
