      通过对地铁站主体结构混凝土浇筑过程中碗扣式脚手架内力的监测,将所得数据分组对比,得到在荷载的作用下立杆上下受力不均匀,同一立杆上部杆件的内力要大于下部;水平杆因为约束竖杆变形而普遍受拉,顶部水平杆受力较大;混凝土的浇筑顺序和分层浇筑数量对整个架体的受力变形过程影响较大。研究所得到的结论可以为未来碗扣式脚手架设计、搭设和施工监测提供参考价值。
英文摘要:
      subway station by the main structure of the concrete pouring process scaffold internal force monitoring, and the resulting data packet contrast, get up and down the pole under load discontinuity in the role of the upper pole of the same internal forces of rod is greater than the lower part; horizontal bar because constraints generally vertical rod deformation tension, the top horizontal bar a larger force; the larger the order and hierarchical pouring concrete impact on the number of stress during deformation entire frame body. Institute conclusion can scaffold design, erection and construction monitoring to provide reference value for the future.
