| 安徽省高校近几年专利申请量和授权量迅猛发展，对专利管理提出了新的要求，但目前安徽省专利管理的水平跟不上专利事业的发展，存在一定问题。笔者通过对安徽省高校存在专利快速增长与专利管理力量不匹配、管理不够精细、专业，追求专利数量、忽视专利质量情况严重，激励制度不完善，专利转化率低等问题的分析，最后提出了对策建议，以期为提高安徽省高校专利管理水平提供参考。 |

| In recent years, the quantity of patent applications and licensing of universities in Anhui Province get a rapid development in colleges, putting forward new requirements for patent management while the current development of Anhui Province patent management cannot keep up the level of patent development. There are some problems. Writer makes the analysis of the following problems: the rapid growth of patent and patent management does not match; The management is not delicate and professional; The pursue the number of patents, ignore patent quality, imperfect incentive system, the low conversion rate etc. Then finally puts forward some countermeasures to change the situation, expecting to provide reference for the improvement university patent management level of Anhui province. |
